Welcome to the Mutvei lab!
Our lab is studying the regulation of nutrient sensing and cell growth at the lysosome in normal cells and cancer cells. We are particularly interested in a protein complex called mTORC1, which directs anabolic metabolism in mammalian cells. We are located at Karolinska Institutet, Huddinge, Sweden.
